Hello fellow ADLT612 members!
I am excited to share my thoughts with you as we embark on this journey of
learning about the dynamics of groups and teams!
Hey LInda, Today I posted a blog related to boundaries and identity. One of the perspectives that Smith & Berg shared was the thought that, "groups determine what individuals can and cannot bring into the group except through the "in-puts" of its members? (Smith & Berg 89) What do you think of this? How do you think groups define whether a member is "in" or not? Do you think it's more psychological or concrete?
Hey Linda, I think following each others blog will be so enriching. I look forward to learning from you.
